Refunds & Exchange Policy

All images displayed on our site are digital photos, conditions of light and background, may represent the product a little different from what it actually is. This would not be a reason for exchange or return request. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.

Receiving Faulty products:

You are eligible for a refund if you would receive a faulty product, due to a result of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours after receipt of goods.

All items returned as faulty or incorrect will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

In the unfortunate instance that an item is no longer in stock and has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will refund the cost of the item including packaging and postage charges.

Product damage in transit:

CorkLeather will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive goods that arrive in damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We ask you not to use any products that are damaged and keep all packaging as an investigation by our delivery service may be required.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

Email sales@corkleather.com.au and make a note of your invoice number and preferred contact details, together with a description of the faulty item.

Cork Leather will give you an Authorised Return Number. Please note: we will only accept refunds/returns that have been given a return order. Once the Return Number is issued, the items should be returned within 10 working days and all items must be in new & unused condition, all tags attached and in original packaging (whenever possible). Returns received after 10 working days will not be accepted;

As soon as we receive the goods and all requirements have been met, we will contact you and advise of the refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order.
